Young Alumni Night at Gimme’s Par and Grill
Join the West Michigan Spartans Young Alumni for an evening of connection, community, and a little friendly competition!
On Thursday, March 12 from 5:30–7:30pm, we’re gathering at Gimme’s Par & Grill for a networking happy hour designed to bring local Spartans together. Whether you’re looking to grow your professional network, reconnect with fellow alumni, or simply unwind after work, this event is the perfect opportunity to mix and mingle in a fun, relaxed setting.
Enjoy apps and a beverage while you meet other West Michigan Spartans. Plus, be sure to check out the multisport simulator—step up for a swing, take a shot, or try your hand at a new game while cheering on your fellow alumni.
Broadway Series: The Lion King
The West Michigan Spartans are excited to present the first show of our Broadway series: The Lion King. We have reserved seats for the performance on Thursday, April 16th at a discounted rate. A portion of the proceeds from each ticket sold will go directly to the West Michigan Spartans’ Scholarship Fund. Don't miss this opportunity to see a great Broadway show while supporting our organization.
Notes: Electronic tickets are not available for these shows. Paper tickets will be available at the door from the West Michigan Spartans table – sorry, no refunds or exchanges. If you want to sit with a specific person/group, those tickets must be purchased together.

2026 Shawn Respert Charity Golf Classic
Save the Date for our 26th Annual Shawn Respert Charity Golf Classic on Monday, June 22, at the Egypt Valley Country Club. This event celebrates all things Spartan basketball and honors #24 Shawn Respert.
This is our premier event as we host 256 Spartan golfers and past basketball players for a great day on West Michigan’s premier golf course. In the past, MSU men’s basketball head coach Tom Izzo and his team have joined us for a day of fun.
